1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Little Ship Club online merchandise store (the "Store"). By accessing or using the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Store.
2. Products and Orders
2.1 The products available for purchase on the Store are described on the product pages. We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and images of the products are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that they are completely error-free.
2.2 To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card. You will be asked to provide your name, shipping address, email address, and credit card information when you place an order.
2.3 We will send you an email confirmation of your order once it is placed. Your order is not binding on us until we accept it and send you a confirmation email.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. If we refuse your order, we will refund any payment you have made.
3. Payment
3.1 All prices on the Store are in British pounds sterling (£).
3.2 We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
3.3 Payment is due at the time you place your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We will ship your order to the shipping address you provide when you place your order.
4.2 We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped within this timeframe.
4.3 You are responsible for all shipping costs.
4.4 We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been shipped.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 You may return any item you purchase on the Store within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
5.2 You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
5.3 We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

6.1 The content of the Store, including the text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the content of the Store without our prior written permission.
